We are a fully accredited member of the Utilities Intermediaries Association (UIA). The UIA is an organisation set up to further the standard, status and credibility of Brokers and Consultants working in the energy market. The UIA operates a Code of Practice (to which all members must adhere) and a Complaints Procedure whereby dissatisfied clients can seek redress.
